Strata Small Scheme Solutions is operated by Dubbo Strata Management Pty Ltd offering services within NSW for Strata, Community and Neighbourhood Schemes.
We provide our service through using the most current strata specific industry program and latest in technology. Clients have access to portal, exclusive use web base platform, where owners and tenants go to pay bills, view their statements, raise maintenance requests, view important documents, communicate with their neighbours, sell furniture, read important notices. Strata Committee members get higher levels of access and can access financial information and reports.
We also offer a personal service to clients through onsite inspections and face to face appointments for owners and community who are not technologically savvy.
